About the Role
CareChoice Clonakilty are now welcoming applications for a part-time Receptionist role. This role is flexible Monday - Sunday. The Receptionist would be working with all departments and providing the best possible customer care and administrative support. Providing a friendly environment where queries are handled professionally and with confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of the switchboard and redirect calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining an organized, neat and tidy desk
- Providing secretarial support for managers where needed
- Proficient use of word, email, internet, excel, power point, photocopier, franking machine, fax machine and other office equipment.
- Completing all the paperwork involved in admitting and discharging Residents
- Imputing residents details files to ensure all are up to date
- Receiving and recording cash receipts. Issuing receipts to customers
- Coordinating incoming and out coming mail
- Refer any queries regarding bed vacancies to the relevant manager
- Filing residents details and archiving old files
- Ordering any supplies using the Company purchasing system
- Co-ordinate complaints handling and compliance with Complaints policy
Person Specification Requirements
- Knowledge of IT skills
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Adaptable.
