About the Role
As Person in Charge, you will provide leadership, guidance and oversight to a vibrant day service supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will play a key role in creating an environment where individuals are empowered to achieve their personal goals, develop independence, and participate fully in their communities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while driving quality, innovation, and person-centred practice.

Essential Requirements:
- CORU registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Social Care Worker, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Previous experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- A commitment to person-centred, rights-based approaches
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
