About the Role
The Office of Public Works (OPW) are now seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyors for its Quantity Surveying Services Section.
Main Duties of the Job
Quantity Surveyors Grade I will provide full quantity surveying services on a portfolio of new-build, refurbishment and conservation projects. They will also advise OPW’s multi-disciplinary teams on larger projects and will take the lead on providing cost-planning, carbon measurement, feasibility studies and options appraisals services on a portfolio of projects.
