Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is leading on the clinical and operational transformation of acute paediatric healthcare and consists of hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street and Tallaght as well as an Urgent Care Centre at Connolly hospital in Blanchardstown.

Are you ready to take the next step in your paediatric career? Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is now inviting applications for Registrar in Paediatric Anaesthesiology with exposure to Paediatric Intensive Care Medicine, commencing Monday, 11th January 2027.

This is a unique opportunity to join Ireland’s leading specialist children’s hospital group, where you will gain exceptional experience across multiple paediatric disciplines, work alongside expert teams, and contribute to shaping the future of children’s healthcare.

Requirements

✨ Must be a qualified doctor registered with the Irish Medical Council

✨ At least 3 years’ experience working as a clinical anaesthesiologist

✨ Must have academic IELTS (dated within the last 2 years) with an overall band score of 7.0 and a minimum score of 6.5 in each module (or equivalent)

Salary: €70,276–€82,756 per year
