About the Role
Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is seeking a Registrar in Paediatric Medicine (Incl. Medical Sub-Specialties) for an immediate start. The role is full-time and fixed-term, running until January 2027. The post is based in Dublin and includes a wide range of Medical Sub-Specialties:
- General Paediatrics
- Paediatric Emergency Medicine
- Dermatology
- Endocrinology
- Gastroenterology
- Haematology
- Immunology
- Oncology
- Respiratory Medicine
- Rheumatology
- Infectious Diseases
- Metabolics
- Neonatology
- Nephrology
- Neurology
- Neurodisability

The role may require working across any of the CHI sites, including hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street, and Tallaght, as well as an Urgent Care Centre at Connolly hospital in Blanchardstown.

Essential Requirements:
- At least 18 months of Paediatric experience
- IMC Registration
- APLS Certification
- EM Trainees – at least 18 months of Emergency Medicine experience, with at least 6 months PEM or Paediatric experience
Desirable Requirements:
- Paediatric experience
- Irish healthcare experience
