Enable Ireland provides services to over 13,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families from 43 locations in 14 counties. Covering childhood to adulthood our expert teams work with the individual and their family on a plan for each life stage. Our services for children and their families cover all aspects of a child's physical, educational, and social development from early infancy through adolescence. For adults we offer a range of services covering personal development, independent living, supported employment, social and leisure activities. We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Relief Driver to join our team in Adult Day Services (Ballintemple, Ballincollig, Carrigaline).

Contract Type: Relief

Contract Hours: variable hours

Salary Scale: From €16.59 per hours to €18.45 per hour

Annual Leave Entitlement: 10.7% of hours worked

Overview of the Post

• To provide skilled driving duties to meet the transport needs of adult service owners attending the Enable Ireland Cork Adult Services.

Requirements

Essential Criteria:

• A Clean Full Clean Manual Driving Licence
• Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience
• Be eligible to work in the state

Desirable Criteria:

• First Aid Training
• Experience in driving accessible passenger vehicles
• Experience of driving a minibus or large vehicle
