· Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional care and support within our residential services.

· Engage with the community and spearhead initiatives that enhance experiences for people we support.
· Manage resources efficiently, contributing to both satisfaction for individuals supported and operational excellence.
· Communicate effectively with the individuals we support, their families and people important in each individuals’ life.
· Ability to work on their own initiative as well as supporting colleagues within a Team.
· Support the maintenance of up to date and accurate recording to ensure and demonstrate a high standard of care and support to each person.
· Demonstrate interpersonal skills including; planning, data management, IT and organizational skills.
· Have a robust knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards and statutory requirements and their responsibilities as a Person In Charge.
· Demonstrate an ability to manage competing priorities.
