The Senior Engineer will work closely with the Director of Services, Senior Management Team, and Elected Members to deliver services, develop and implement policies, and achieve strategic corporate objectives. Kildare County Council is one of 31 Local Authorities in the Republic of Ireland, responsible for delivering services to County Kildare. The council has 40 elected members representing five Municipal Districts.
Salary Scale effective from 1st June 2026: €93,698 - €95,995 - €98,283 - €100,582 - €102,874 - €105,177 - €108,641 (LSI1) - €112,107 (LSI2). Hours of attendance will be 35 hours gross per week. The annual leave allowance is 30 days.
