As a Senior Home Support Worker, you'll combine hands-on client care with quality assurance and team support duties, helping clients live independently at home while mentoring colleagues and maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication support and wellbeing checks
- Conduct spot checks, client reviews, care plan reviews and quality assurance visits
- Support and mentor Home Support Workers, including onboarding and shadow shifts
- Assist with risk assessments, compliance monitoring and service improvements
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
