About the Role
(CHI) is leading on the clinical and operational transformation of acute paediatric healthcare and consists of hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street and Tallaght as well as an Urgent Care Centre at Connolly hospital in Blanchardstown.
The post of Shift Leader has a pivotal role in co-ordination and management of patient flow and resources within the Emergency medicine in Children’s Health Ireland. The Shift Leader provides professional and clinical leadership within the department, encouraging staff to develop clinical expertise for the benefit of staff and users of the service.
Requirements
Have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience. Be registered with NMBI - Children’s Division and or the General Division. Have undertaken a recognized Emergency Medicine Course. 3 years of experience within Children’s Emergency Nursing.
