This is a Part-time position (120 hours per month).
Are you passionate about empowering people to live independently and thrive in their community? We’re looking for a dedicated Social Care Worker to join our Connected Living Service in Bray—a progressive, person-centred service supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to live confidently in their own homes.
In this role, you’ll provide one-to-one, person-centred support, helping individuals build life skills, confidence, and independence—while being part of an innovative service that is growing and evolving.
You won’t just be supporting daily routines—you’ll be empowering real lives.
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, household tasks)
- Encouraging community participation and social inclusion
- Promoting emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-advocacy
- Working closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
- Helping shape a growing, forward-thinking service
Requirements
- QQI Level 7 in Social Care (or equivalent)
- CORU registration (or eligibility)
- Full driving licence & access to a car
- A caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach
