We currently provide services in Limerick, North Tipperary, and Dublin. Requirements
Essential:
- QQI Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, or an equivalent qualification recognised by CORU for registration as a Social Care Worker.
- CORU recognised Social Care Qualification – list of which can be found at this link: CORU
- Current CORU registration or evidence of eligibility and active registration application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Full clean Irish driving licence & willingness to drive service vehicles.
- Experience working within the area of intellectual disability.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting individuals who may present with behaviours of concern
- Knowledge of person-centred planning and active support approaches.
- Experience supporting individuals to develop independent living skills.
- Understanding of HIQA standards and safeguarding practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary: €41,260 – 57,789* (LSI) *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.
