We are looking for compassionate and motivated Social Care Workers to join our team in Kilcarra, Rathdrum. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a residential service, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a safe, welcoming and person-centred environment. You will support individuals to enjoy meaningful respite stays, promote independence, and help create a positive day-to-day experience for those using the service.
Requirements
You will bring a caring and person-centred approach, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to dignity, choice and inclusion. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota is essential. Essential requirements include CORU registration, a full driving licence, and availability to work across 7 days.
