About the Role

The Social Care Worker will support people using Corlann Disability Services, contributing to person-centred care, independence, inclusion, and quality of life across local disability services in the Boyle and Frenchpark areas.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred social care support to service users.
Promote independence, dignity, safety, and community participation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and multidisciplinary supports.
Contribute to care planning, daily supports, and service delivery in line with organisational standards.
Maintain appropriate records and follow relevant policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.

Salary & Benefits

€41,260 – €56,717 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours (HSE Social Care Worker (With Qualification) scale, 12-point scale, plus LSI where applicable). This is a Section 38 employer and the scale is based on the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales effective 1 June 2026.
