Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centred maternity care.
- Excellent organisational and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Awareness of current maternity care standards and best practices.
- Previous clinical midwifery experience is desirable.
Salary & Benefits
This is a permanent whole-time position with HSE Dublin and North East. Salary will be aligned with the HSE Staff Midwife salary scale and public sector pay agreements. Employees may also benefit from public sector pension schemes, annual leave entitlements, professional development opportunities, and access to ongoing clinical education and training.
Working hours will be rostered in line with operational requirements across maternity services.
