About the Role

We are now looking for Registered Staff Nurses across our Leinster Nursing Homes to develop your skills within a supportive environment while working with an experienced team of healthcare professionals in a diverse, multi-cultural setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality of care
- Day-to-day supervision of care and nursing staff
- Coordinating resident activities
- Working within HIQA regulations
Requirements
- Registration with An Bord Altranais
- Excellent clinical, leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Dublin (with roles available at CareChoice Finglas, Swords, Malahide Road, Parnell Road Step Down Facility, The Marlay Nursing Home, Newtownpark House, Elm Hall Nursing Home, CareChoice Trim, Springcare Independent Living Elm Hall, and Springcare Independent Living Newtownpark).
Indicative salary: HSE Staff Nurse national pay scale (effective June 2026): €38,166–€56,592 per year.

Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
