About the Role

We provide a wide range of services including Day, Residential and Respite supports to both children and adults in various locations across Dublin, Limerick and North Tipperary.

Avista is looking for candidates who are committed to supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities and their families, in a person-centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.

This pivotal role focuses on supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities, ensuring smooth Contract management, pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will collaborate closely with Talent Partners on talent management activities.

Requirements

Essential:

• Two Years experience in a relevant administrative role and at least one year’s experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition or similar role
• Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing high volumes of recruitment activity
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, administration and organisational skills
• Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role
• Be self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as on own initiative

Desirable:

• Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, onboarding standards and vetting requirements
• Evidence of continuous professional development

Salary: €36,470–€56,018 per year
