About the Role
We are a person-centred, rights-based organisation that is dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities. We currently provide services in Limerick, North Tipperary, and Dublin. Requirements
Essential:
- Full FETAC 5 QQI award healthcare qualification
- Full clean manual Irish driving licence and use of a car
- Proficiency in the English language
Desirable:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork
- Ability to effectively manage their time; work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Interest and experience in working with Adult with intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities (with or without a diagnosis of autism) and/or behaviours that challenge
- Possess Level 1 behavioral competencies of Avista competency framework as set out in the job description
