What will I be doing as a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen?
- Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
An Applegreen Bakewell Manager would ideally:
- Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
