About the Role
HSE Dublin and South East has been formed as part of the Slaintecare programme. The health region is responsible for the delivery of acute and community healthcare across South Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny and South Tipperary.
The successful candidate will be based in one of the two main Dublin and South East Regional Technology (DSE T&T) sites with potential opportunities for hybrid working in line with the HSE’s blended working policy. If based in Kilkenny the post holder will be required to be available to work at the Carrickmines Office regularly and as required.

- Dublin (Corporate Office) Iveagh Building, Carrickmines Park, Carrickmines, Dublin, D18 X015
- Kilkenny, Dublin Road, Lacken, Kilkenny
The Assistant Director of Nursing – Digital Health is a key role across a number of Digital for Care initiatives with an immediate focus on the following programmes: eRostering, Implementing the National Shared Care Record, Community Care Record, One Health Recor.

The post is a Specific Purpose Contract, expected to continue until August 2028. The salary scale for the post is €72,843–€89,894 per year. The closing date for applications is 14 Sept 2026.
