Job Overview

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer role with Central Remedial Clinic offers an opportunity to play a key part in driving strategic change within a progressive healthcare organisation. Working within the Transformation Management Office, this position focuses on capturing performance insights, supporting organisational learning, and ensuring service users remain central to all initiatives.

This is a fixed-term, wholetime position suited to professionals passionate about data-driven decision-making, organisational improvement, and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks across strategic initiatives
  • Capture, analyse, and report on organisational performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate with teams to identify challenges and support problem-solving processes
  • Ensure effective feedback mechanisms are in place across the organisation
  • Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement
  • Track progress against strategic goals and provide actionable insights
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication within the Transformation Management Office

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant third-level qualification in a related discipline
  • Experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or organisational development
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working within healthcare, public sector, or non-profit settings is desirable
  • Strong organisational and project coordination abilities

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

This role is aligned with Grade VII salary scales, ranging from €60,613 to €78,795 depending on experience, with Long Service Increments (LSIs) applicable.

Fixed Term Wholetime contract with standard full-time working hours. Additional benefits may include annual leave entitlements, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
