About the Role
The post holder will lead the provision of clinical support and training to Operating Theatre staff. The aim is to assist and support perioperative staff in their transition to the working environment and enhance their skills, competence, and confidence in the theatre environment. The role involves working with the nursing team to ensure maintenance of the required and appropriate clinical skills and competencies to facilitate timely patient care and interventions.
