About the Role
Corlann, formerly Brothers of Charity Services Ireland, is seeking a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessment and intervention services to children receiving services within West Limerick Children’s Services (0–18 years), in line with the Progressing Disability Services Model of Service.

Requirements
Candidates must, at the closing date for applications:
- Be registered, or eligible for registration, on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by CORU.
- Maintain annual registration on the Occupational Therapists Register and confirm this annually via the Patient Safety Assurance Certificate (PSAC).
- Have the requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
Desirable attributes:
- Experience of multidisciplinary and/or interdisciplinary working.
- Commitment to work in partnership with other professional disciplines and service providers.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing training, development, and supervision.
- Clinical placement or experience with children with disabilities.
New graduates are eligible to apply. If CORU registration is pending, the initial appointment will be as a Staff Grade Occupational Therapy Assistant, supervised by a senior therapist, paid on the Therapy Assistant scale. Upon receipt of CORU registration, the successful candidate will be employed and paid on point 1 of the Staff Grade Occupational Therapist pay scale.
